How do you recover lost trust? In a person? In an idea?
Bonus: If someone lets you down or betrays you, how do you learn to forgive? And can you possibly learn to trust them again? Why or why not?
Today’s post might seem usual but it’s on my mind, take this poll please:
Trust as the dictionary says: –noun
reliance on the integrity, strength, ability, surety, etc., of aperson or thing; confidence.
In order to Trust we must first Love. That sums it up for me.

Jackie, do you mean romantic love? I’m not sure about first finding love in order to trust, simply because I think we trust people that we do not necessarily love. I mean, I trust my dentist, but I don’t love him. OK, there was a while when I was single that I thought he was kinda cute, but let’s not go there.
I trust my lawyer, but I can’t say I love him either.
On the flip side, I have loved someone but not trusted them, hence the love died.
Love the little baby photo, that is SO cute!
For me, love and trust each stand alone. In a romantic situation, you definitely need both!!!
