#Trust30 is an online initiative and 30-day writing challenge.

The #Trust30 Prompt:

If you could picture your intuition as a person, what would he or she look like? If you sat down together for dinner, what is the first thing he or she would tell you?

The dictionary defines “INTUITION” as “sensing

without the use of rational processes.”

Intuition is a “perceptive insight.”

My Intuition is always tell me things. So instead of answering this question I want you all to take a quiz to see if you have this ability to be “intuitive.” Feel Free to comment below ♥

1. Do you ever know who is on the phone before you answer it?

2. Do you sometimes get a knowing sense about things before they happen?

3. Have you heard talking, or your name being called just before you fall to sleep or wake up?

4. Do you find that you know what people are going to say and can finish their sentences?

5. Have you ever had butterflies in your stomach for no reason then heard about something happening

and they subsided?

6. Are you kind of lucky? Do things have a way of working out for you in our life?

7. During sleep have you experienced being jarred or a feeling of falling and landing on the bed?

8. While in the shower, or walking in nature do answers to problems come to you?

9. Do you have dreams that give you information? Or solve problems?

10. Have you ever had a dream or premonition of a future event that later occurred?

11.Have you ever “heard” the answer to a problem clairaudiently?

12. Do prefer to skip the directions when putting something together and it always turns out fine?

13.Are you aware of a buzzing, tingling or itchy feeling on your forehead or top of your head?

14. Are you constantly generating ideas for projects and creative pursuits?

15. Do you prefer to take the path less traveled and do things your way rather than the conventional way?

16. Have you ever seen something in your mind’s eye like a vision before something happens?

17. Do get vibes about people that turn out to be true?

18.Do you have an uncanny knack for finding your way without maps or a GPS?

19. Are you aware of a certain faith and trust that you’ll always be okay no matter what?

20. Do you pick up on the emotions of the people around you?

Give yourself 5 points for each affirmative answer.

If you scored from 0 – 25 you may be living in your head too much.

26- 50 your intuition is active but a bit of practice

51- 75 you’re probably aware that you’re quite intuitive and have already been working on

developing your abilities.

76 and above – you are very sensitive and a already possess psychic tendencies that you could really refine if you practice more.

So how did you do?

I hope you enjoyed this quiz.

  1. Fun quiz… Hope you enjoyed it too! :-)
I’ve been AWOL lately… just from exhaustion and the hectic pace of life. :-)

    • Eliz, yes it’s been hectic here too. The word AWOL works for me too!! Exhausted too. I went to bed last night early for the first time in years..early was 1:30am! HUGS

  2. Everyone gets good/bad or right/wrong intuitive prompts and premonitions. The problem is with the choices we make with/from them.

  4. I got 65, pretty cool!
I think I have a little bit of intuition sometimes. I get gut feelings every once in awhile and they usually end up to be right.

  5. Good quote from Emerson. reminds me of Romans 1:20. See the whole context below:

    Rom 1:15-32 KJV2000
    (15) So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.
    (16) For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believes; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
    (17) For in it is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
    (18) For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
    (19) Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God has showed it unto them.
    (20) For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and deity; so that they are without excuse:
    (21) Because, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish hearts were darkened.
    (22) Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
    (23) And changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and four-footed beasts, and creeping things.
    (24) Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonor their own bodies between themselves:
    (25) Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshiped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.
    (26) For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
    (27) And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is shameful, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was fitting.
    (28) And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not proper;
    (29) Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
    (30) Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
    (31) Without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:
    (32) Who knowing the judgment of God, that they who commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

  6. Hi Jackie I scored yes on all but he gps and directions. No amount of intuititiveness can help it. I have been an empath since a very young child!
    Thanks for a great post!!

  7. A lot of these list I have experience one or twice in my lifetime which placed me under being intuitive. The world is full of mysteries. You’re right , not all answers are rational. Some are divine, some spiritual, some cosmic, It depends on our beliefs. I could say my wife is a better gauge of intuition than me. she makes wiser decisions when following her guts. Me, I sometimes follow my heart so frequently that it gets me in trouble. I sometimes follow my instincts and disregard the rational. I have a long way to go to master it. I enjoyed this post- a lot!

    • “Island traveler”-it seems to be easier for woman to zone in on their “intuition skills.” Men seem not to. I have often had a “gut feeling” not to take a certain road to a destination only to take that road and find a block or an accident; which delays the trip. Either way I learn a lesson from it. I have to realize I am not in control and to release control and have patience when I do not follow my gut or intuition. It’s never a bad thing, but a good thing because I have learned from it. I can choose to Listen to my gut or ignore it and either way the results teach me something that I had not known before about myself. I love your comment that to follow “your heart” - yes it can get us each in trouble but it’s not really trouble, it’s a lesson we needed in the first place. :)

  8. #9 and #10 are common for me. But this is very mysterious and seems so not normal or beyond normal it is scary. Recently
my friend and I have begun playing dominoes with the double six set(28 dominoes). I have projected what domino he will play to allow me the domino I want to play after him above 80% accuracy. I predicted Reggie Jackson would hit 4 home runs in a 1978 world series game. He got a double and 3 home runs. When pope John Paul I died after a month in office, I predicted the new pope would name himself John Paul II.

I love your Reply
