Do you prefer to lead or follow? Or neither?
Topic #222:

I am a Leader.
I admire Tony Robbins and try to follow him as much as I can.

In order to lead, we must be able to follow… I love Tony Robbins work and his passion for getting people to get out of their rut… I’ll never forget the fire walk in Atlanta in 2006.

In most things of which I have been part, I had my turn at holding the gavel for a spell. One very discouraging thing always happened: dearest friends became bitter enemies, others remained loyal and others were drawn into my loop. In all cases I always did what was best for the entire group without a personal agenda and without self aggrandizement. It never remained principals over personalities. The lost friendships come with the territory esp when you have to make those catch - 22 decisions. Depleted I do not accept such roles any more but do remain a contributor often in the background. You do not have the be president to bring improvements.
