Eagle Illinois Bird
My husband was at work today and this Eagle sat on my car which he took to work…The date was Sept 5th 2011
He took this on his camera phone…please comment…

llinois Flag Description:
The flag of Illinois consists of a white base with a simplified version of the state seal in the center. Illinois is written under the seal. The seal features a bald eagle grasping a shield with 13 stars and 13 stripes. The eagle is also holding a ribbon in its mouth with the state motto: State Sovereignty, National Unity. The eagle is sitting on a rock with the years 1868 and 1818 written on it.
That is absolutely awesome. Eagles have such a majestic air about them and to have a baby one sitting quietly on your car, that, I’m sure, has some meaning attached to it.
That’s is a special moment in time.
A rare treat indeed. Florida is supposed to have a fairly prosperous eagle population but except at the zoo, the only eagles I see anymore are on the back of coins.
Hard to tell. I have to take other people’s word for it. Is there significance to the Eagle and baby eagle?

Yes it’s a baby eagle and if you click on photo’s I think you see em better. It’s a message to my other half. I looked up Messages from Eagles and it’s amazing.
